Title:

The flatiron building [Columbus Tower] at the corner of Kearny and Columbus [then Montgomery] Avenue. The notorious "Boss", Abe Ruef, had his offices in this building following the Fire. To the left of center may be seen the historic Montgomery Block. To the far right is shown the remains of the Hall of Justice Tower.
