Rancho Jurupa, situated in the County of San Bernardino, Cal. : owned by Sr. Dn. Juan Bandini, originally granted him by the Mexican government on the 28th day of Sept. 1838, confirmed by the U.S. Land Commission for California on the 17th day of October 1854, less a reservation in favor of S.D. Luis Roubidoux included within the green border.
