on September 27, 1886 on a writ of habeas corpus, and that the cause of his custody had been a complaint of grand larceny,
sworn in Police Judges Court no. 1 on September 27, 1886. The page is signed by James J. Flynn, Clerk, and A. C. Berthier,
Deputy Clerk.
