Full title:Mr. D. Sugahara was well-known in Los Angeles, California before evacuation. He first settled in Denver, Colorado,
and came to New Orleans some 19 months ago. Since that time he has been employed in one of the best known real estate offices.
The picture shows Mr. Sugahara with his secretary. Mr. Sugahara and his wife are permanently established in New Orleans and
like the South. He has been a great help to the Relocation Office and evacuees from the centers.<lb/> Photographer: Iwasaki,
