Scope and Contents note

Material related to Gen. Nikolai Yudenich's Army of the North-West dealing primarily with the military situation near Petrograd and in the Baltics as well as diplomatic relations with the Allies, including Great Britain, France, and the U.S., and negotiations with the Baltic states, especially Estonia. Includes correspondence, reports, military orders and maps, printed matter, and personal documents. The present register retains the original arrangement of Gen. Nikolai Golovin, in which the material is divided into files and each page numbered consecutively.
