Correspondence and administrative hearings relating to Bureau activities. Hearings are concerned with Bureau control and procedures regarding tuberculosis, vesicular exanthema, and swine diseases. Also included is World War II service flag honoring Bureau personnel.

Files contain correspondence, memoranda, reports, special studies, publications, regulations, publicity materials, photographs, and sound recordings of hearings on brucellosis control program in 1959.
