Photograph album documenting aviation exhibition meets and daredevil barnstorming events, likely organized by airplane builders
Manning Bros. Co., in various Western U.S. locations, including Wenatchee, Washington; Ontario and Portland, Oregon; Moscow,
Idaho; and Kearney, Nebraska. Images chiefly depict pusher biplanes and other early airplane models in flight during the meets;
aviators posing with their planes; event airfields and crowds; and airplane crashes. Identified aviators depicted include
Charles F. (Charlie) Walsh, Silas Christofferson and perhaps his brother Harry Christofferson. At least one image includes
a plane advertising a Manning Bros. "Comet" airplane after its crash.
