May 21, 1863. Manuscript document (3 p.) titled "Circular" and stamped with an official seal, "Gobierno Politico De La B. California," signed "Libertad y Reforma. La Paz. Mayo 21 de 1863" by P. M. Navarrete. The document possibly deals with issues or regulations pertaining to mines and mining. Includes an appended note (p. 3) titled "Ayuntaminento de" containing the phrase "Es copia de su original que obra en la secretaria de este Gob."
