An additional album owned by Harry C. Melone, containing half-stereograph views by Eadweard Muybridge of Woodward's Gardens in San Francisco, has been added to the Lone Mountain College collection of stereographs, as volume 6 (BANC PIC 1971.055--ALB v.6).
Henry C. (Harry) Melone (1879-1963) was the son of Drury Melone and Sarah B. Woodward, whose residence (as listed in the San Francisco city directory for 1892) was Oak Knoll, Napa County. Sarah B. (Woodward) Melone's father was Robert Blinn Woodward (1824-1879) of Woodward's Gardens in San Francisco, who originally owned the Woodward/Melone home Oak Knoll.
