Biographical Note

Martin H. Blote served in numerous positions related to water resources and development, including as the Superintendant of Operations for the Central Valley Project, the Supervisor of Irrigation and Power for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and for the Sacramento Region as a consultant.
