Logbook of the Colorado Steam Navigaton Co.'s steamship Montana, which operated between
San Francisco and Port Isabel on the Gulf of California. Holograph entries by commanding
officer George H. Douglas. Accompanied by a check dated 22 June 1878 drawn on the
Citizens National Bank ("Merchants" is crossed out, "Citizens" is written above it).
