and committee papers relating to Professor Schiff's work at Stanford as well as with the
National Academy of Science and NASA. Of note are papers relating to his term as head of the
Physics Department at Stanford 1948-66 and as a faculty leader. Also includes mimeographed
version of his textbook on quantum mechanics, 1947.
