Background
Belcher and Belcher was a law firm in Marysville, Yuba County, California. Partners, William C. and Isaac S. Belcher were
brothers born in Vermont. Isaac came to California in 1853 and settled in Marysville where he opened a law practice. His brother,
William, joined him in 1856.
