Includes an announcement, l890, issued by the Parti Ouvrier Belge, of the International Workmen's Congress to be held in Brussels in l89l, and a pamphlet, l950, entitled The Surrender of King Leopold, by Joseph P. Kennedy and James M. Landis. Mainly in French and Flemish.
