Documents pertaining to WWC. Includes deed to property in Alameda, 1865, survey of San Antonio Ranch, 1874, original and typed copy of original land transaction for Alameda, 1852, and survey of Encinal San Antonio, 1851-1852.
Personal and business correspondence of Dwinelle, 1825-1879; also obituaries of his death, and the papers of his second wife Caroline to 1907.

Times. Travel accounts by Murex and Growler, as well as some signed by JWD, of trips to Europe, and the American South and West, 1849-1870
