Biography
The National League of American Pen Women is a national organization (founded 1897)
promoting professional development of its members and fostering charitable activities in
the arts. It organizes workshops, lectures, discussion groups and contests; provides
scholarships and awards. Members must be published authors paid for their work. The local
chapter was established in 1950.

The Stockton Pen Women Records consist of minutebooks (1950-1973); by-laws and rosters
