Abstract: This collection contains 273
stereographs of various places and subjects collected by Edward R. Frank. Images of China
and Japan represent the majority of stereographs in this collection. The bulk of United
States stereographs are of Arizona, California, New York, and Pennsylvania including images
of the Grand Canyon, Yosemite Valley, San Francisco (views of 1906 earthquake aftermath),
Niagara Falls, and Gettysburg Battlefield. Other images include people, animals, floral
arrangements, and the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago. Two stereoscopes (i.e.,
stereograph viewers) are also included in this collection.

This collection contains 273 stereographs of various places and subjects collected by
Edward R. Frank. Images of China and Japan represent the majority of stereographs in this
collection. The bulk of United States stereographs are of Arizona, California, New York, and
