SCOPE AND CONTENT
One letter (1810) addressed to Francisco Yturbe from Jose Manuel Guzman, and twenty
letters addressed to Gabriel Manuel de Yturbe, a "coronel" at Coyoacan, Mexico. Of
Gabriel's letters, ten are business letters (1829-1830) from Antonio Padilla, probably
Gabriel's agent in Mexico City. Five are letters (1829-1830) from Gabriel's cousin,
Antonio Baras (his letter jointly addressed to Gabriel and to Leonardo Albares), Cornelio
Gracida, La Sala Capitular de Coyoacan, Jose Maria Betancort, and Joaquin Penafiel.
