Biography
Frank M. Clough was born in California in 1855. He studied law in Eureka, Nevada, 1876-1878. In 1880, he was elected Justice
of the Peace on the Workingman's Party ticket and, in 1882, he was elected to the Superior Court of San Francisco on the Democratic
ticket. In 1885 he was committed to the Stockton Asylum and die February 14, 1888.
