Hearings conducted by the Public Utilities Commission to investigate the allegation brought by the Southern California Edison (S.C.E.) staff, and their consultant O'Brien Kreitzberg and Associates (OKA), that S.C.E. mismanaged the SONGS project. The material contains the testimony of S.C.E. management, S.C.E. consultants and witnesses for O.K.A. S.C.E. exhibits contain technical drawings of plant design, reports on the operation of other nuclear plants, N.R.C. reports, and Nuclear Disaster Reports.
