    Biographical Information:

    The Fronteras Project originated within the government and academic communities of San Diego at the time of the Bicentennial celebrations. Its purpose was a cross-cultural study on the required adaptation in a bicultural, bilingual setting such as San Diego and its environs.

It consists of copies of the articles of incorporation, materials regarding committees, and publications issued under the auspices of Fronteras.
