The Executive Board Minutes contain meeting agenda, minutes, correspondence, financial reports, CMEA budgets, CMEA officer

Officers. In particular, the board was interested in planning conventions, financial operations of the association, and election
of CMEA officers. President, President-elect, Vice President, Secretary and immediate Vice-President comprise the Executive
Board.
