Abstract: Correspondence with and subject files from the offices of Los Angeles urologists Elmer Belt (1893-1980) and Willard E. Goodwin
(1915-1998), pertaining to Canadian oncologist Charles Brenton Huggins (1901-1997). Huggins shared the 1966 Nobel Prize in
Physiology or Medicine for his discoveries concerning hormonal treatment of prostatic cancer. Goodwin's files range from 1946-1948
and 1966-1985; Belt's files span 1956-1977. Also: Audiocassette tape labeled "Nobel Prize winner Charles Huggins on his discovery
of orchiectomy for prost. cancer".
