Laverne Fefferman was a member and past president of the Birdie Stodel Chapter #92 of the B'nai B'rith Women which was founded
in 1929, as well as the Bay City Chapter #713 of B'nai B'rith Women which was founded in 1950.

The materials in this collection were donated to the Jewish Historical Society of San Diego in 2003 by Alice H. Paisin (JHSSD
#2003.03.) It was transferred to the Library and Information Access May 5, 2010.
