Background
Morin served as Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi's legislative assistant from 1987-1992. He wrote policy which Pelosi presented
in Congress, organized meetings to further awareness of, and gain support for, AIDS public policy. Steve Morin received a
B.A in Psychology in 1967 from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and was awarded an M.A. in Psychology in 1969 from
the Ohio State University. In 1971, he received a Ph.D. from the Ohio State University. In 1977, Morin was granted his license
in Psychology from the State of California. Morin has been on the National Register of Health Care Providers in Psychology
since 1978 and has been a Fellow of the American Psychological Association since 1982.
