Rudolf Leman was a German chemist in Russia, 1920-1930.

Scope and Content of Collection

Relate to economic conditions in Russia, especially Siberia, in the interwar period, and to economic policy of the Vysshii sovet narodnogo khoziaistva. Rudolph Leman's memoir is titled, "Geschichte der goldenen zwanziger Jahre in Russland."
