Receiver at San Francisco, Samuel V. Niles, Edward F. Beale and others; drafts and copies of letters sent by Beebe; accounts,
bills, receipts, certificates of deposit of money in the U.S. Treasury, and applications for purchase of land, including one
from Phineas Banning.
