Also included are five audiocassettes that contain a biographical/bibliographical interview of Snyder.

Biography

Katherine McNeil (1940- ) received an M.A. in English from Sonoma State College in 1975. Her master's thesis was titled, Gary Snyder: a bibliography. In 1983 she compiled the book, Gary Snyder: a bibliography, published by the Phoenix Book Shop.

Scope and Content

The Katherine McNeil Papers contain correspondence with publishers, collectors, and friends that McNeil assembled during the time she worked on her bibliography of Gary Snyder. In addition, there is correspondence from Gary Snyder answering various questions and providing background material. Also included are five audiocassettes that contain a biographical/bibliographical interview of Snyder.
