Collection includes production notes, lighting layout, script with stage manager's notes, two scripts annotated with directorial comments, two notebooks kept by Sheila Weber of Schneider's commentary on "Godot," copies of articles by Schneider, copies of articles about Samuel Beckett, and a clipping about the Stanford production.

Sheila Weber was senior lecturer in Stanford's drama department from 1975 to 1993. During the summer of 1975, Alan Schneider directed WAITING FOR GODOT as part of the drama department's Samuel Beckett Festival.
