Description
Lawrence Kapiloff, Democrat, was a State Assembly Member, 1973-1982 for the 78th Assembly District, which included cities within San Diego County. The Lawrence Kapiloff Papers consist 8.5 cubic feet of Assembly Bill Files documenting Kapiloff's legislative activity.
