Description
Peter Stansill and David Mairowitz published their book, BAMN (By Any Means Necessary): outlaw manifestos and ephemera, 1965-70, in 1971. Both were underground activists during the late 1960s. The collection consists of correspondence, posters, underground newspapers and periodicals, and ephemera related to Stansill and Mairowitz's research for BAMN.

Peter Stansill and David Mairowitz published their book, BAMN, in 1971. Both were underground activists during the late 1960s when students in the U.S. and Europe reacted to the Vietnam War and the general state of affairs by joining groups like The Weathermen, Black Panthers, Save the Police Committee, and the White Panthers.
