Scope and Contents note

Victory at Sea was originally a television miniseries (1952-1953), which Hanser collaborated on, that was about general warfare in World War II, particularly pertaining to the Navy. It also explored the industry in warfare. The manuscript is the book adaptation of the miniseries.
