    Scope and Content of Collection

    The Campus Planning Committee is a division of the Office of Budget and Planning's Capital Development Office. The committee is Chancellor-appointed and serves to advise him or her on "all matters relating to long range planning, major capital project development and physical environment."     Arrangement

    The collection is divided into three series:
    Series I, Numbered Subcommittee Documents, contains documents related to the committee and various subcommittees, such as memos, plans, budgets, meeting agendas and minutes, etc.
    Series II, Publications & Reports, contains documents published by the committee and affiliated offices such as the Office of Budget and Planning (formerly the Office of Planning and Analysis) and the Affirmative Action Office. Arranged chronologically.
    Series III, Miscellany, contains unfiled materials related to committee and subcommittee activity, such as overheads, memos, plans, correspondence, etc.
