    Scope and Content of Collection

CUE (the Coalition of University Employees) is the UC clerical union, formed in 1997 after an election by UC clerical employees. Clericals and allied workers – which include library and administrative assistants, dispatchers, and cashiers – were formerly represented by AFSCME (the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Workers). In 2010, members voted to join with the Teamsters and became the Cue-Teamsters Local 2010.
The collection contains primarily email correspondence from CUE, as well as the union's constitution, financial and legal files, newsletters, and other related documents.
