Collection contains correspondence, minute books, articles of incorporation, by-laws, reports on operations and personnel, time books, payroll records, legal papers, papers relating to stockholders' meetings, accounts and other financial records relating to the company's Los Angeles and San Bernardino offices. A few papers concerning the Excelsior Paving Company, San Diego are included.
