    Scope and Content of Collection

    Consists of correspondence, clippings, medals, plaques, awards, citations, decorations, and photographs, relating to the United States consular service, American-Swedish relations, Allied diplomacy in Sweden during World War II, and social conditions in Sweden. Also includes a typescript of Corcoran's autobiography and an account of Corcoran's involvement in espionage against Germany during World War II.
