Description
Gilfillan, Stanford Class of 1912, was an electronics manufacturer and developer of an airport radar landing system. He was
a frequent contributor to Stanford's programs in electronics and electrical engineering.

Correspondence with Frederick E. Terman and David S. Jacobson regarding Gilfillan's contributions to scholarships for electrical
engineering students and the Gilfillan Wing of the Electronics Laboratory; some of Terman's letters concern faculty and research
