Documents comprise registration cards issued in Amsterdam to Guillemette Sophie Horn and Paul Henri Hemelraad in 1941; and two copies of a death certificate issued by the city of Amsterdam, documenting the death of Willem Alexander Hemelraad in Auschwitz.
