Papers relate to Mr. Branner's childhood at Stanford, his
experiences as a Stanford student, and his experiences in World War I.
Background
State Geologist of the State of Arkansas, Branner was the son of Stanford President John
Casper Branner. He received his A.B. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford (1915) and
A.M. from Chicago (1920).
