This collection of fine press ephemera is an artificially created
collection. It is an accumulation of fine press materials gathered at
the William Andrews Clark Memorial Library from the 1950s to the
present. The collection will continue to grow over time.

This collection contains printed material from fine presses and
printers in the United States and England collected by the Clark Library
from the 1950s to the present. Items include but are not limited to
printed cards, advertisements for books, invitations to events, and
short runs of private press journals. A majority of the items originate
from California.
This collection is organized alphabetically by name of press or printer.
The Clark Library holds extensive collections of materials related to
fine presses in California and around the world. The Clark's library of
