The Department of Environmental Health is a stand-alone department under the administrative oversight of the Department of
Agriculture and Environmental Management. Previously it was part of the now disbanded Environmental Resources Agency and
before that a division of the Public Health Department. The department includes the Consumer Protection Division, the Hazardous
Materials Compliance Division (HMCD), and the Vector Control District.
Scope and Content of Collection
This collection consists of three editions of Food Safety: It's Everyone's Business, issued by the Consumer Protection Division.
This publication was intended for food facilities and covers a number of topics with the goal of preventing foodborne illness.
The editions are from 1995, 2000, and 2008.
