Description
Vin Bogert was a comedy writer for radio, television and motion pictures. The collection consists of scripts and production information related to his work on Duffy's Tavern, the The Garry Moore Show, and other projects.
Background
Vin (Vinnie) Bogert was a radio, television, and screen writer, who devoted the majority of his work to television comedy. His numerous credits include head writer on The Garry Moore Show, The Ed Wynn Show, and The Carol Burnett Show. He was an active member of the Writers Guild of America, West. Bogert died on November 28, 1978.
