Correspondence, memos, minutes, reports, lists, guidelines, policies, printed materials, and other records pertaining to the administration of student organizations on campus and support services provided by the Office of Student Activities including space allocation, funding, custodial services, maintenance, and leadership retreats. Collection also includes information files on fraternities and sororities, 1943-2003.

The Office of Student Activities, under the jurisdiction of the Campus Affairs Office, provides information and assistance to students on organizing their groups and activities. Previous to November 1990, it was known as Student Organization Services.
