Biography
The Times building at First and Broadway, Los Angeles, was dynamited by union terrorists on Oct. 1, 1910; 20 employees were
killed, many injured, and the building destroyed; James B. McNamara and John J. McNamara signed a confession admitting their
guilt for the bombing, Dec. 2, 1911.

Collection consists of photographs of key persons connected with the trial of the Los Angeles Times bombing (Oct. 1, 1910).
Includes photographs of the accused, law enforcement agents, and main figures at the trial. Also includes Oscar Lawler's identification
of the photographs.
