Project Information: Digital Anaheim: Primary Sources in the Classroom

These 1,802 photographs were assembled from various photograph collections in the Anaheim Public Library's Local History Collection which total over 16,000 items and digitized as part of a one-year project funded by the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) from October 2001 through September 2002 in order to provide a single access point to primary graphic resources documenting the history of the City of Anaheim. The Digital Anaheim Project was developed in collaboration with the Anaheim City School District's local history curriculum building committee, and the images chosen to support the goals of the adopted curriculum.
Digitization was performed by Luna Imaging of Culver City, California.
