Description
Ten programs from the telecourse Legal Issues in Cyberspace taught by Prof. Margaret Jane Radin in the fall of 1997. Speakers are Margaret Jane Radin, Kathleen Sullivan, Philip Zimmermann, Pamela Samuelson, Alexander Silverman, Mark Stefik, Michael Bayle, Mark Manasse, Janet Cooper Alexander, and David Johnson. Subjects include encryption, copyright, business models, payment systems, trademark issues, and governance.
