CASEY FOUNDATION FILE 1967-1977

Scope and Contents note

Papers of Casey as a director of the Sophia and William Casey Foundation, a private charitable foundation. Each year from 1967 to 1971 the Foundation awarded grants to enable high school students to carry out summer projects. In 1972 it awarded grants to young persons eligible to vote for the first time for projects relating to the national elections. In 1975 it awarded grants to high school and college students for projects relating to the American Revolution Bicentennial.
