Biography / Administrative History
Farmer. Born in Alvarado, Alameda County, California (1881). Attended University of California (1907). Later worked for Rindge
Land and Navigation Company on Palm Tract, San Joaquin River Delta (1908-1915) and for Natomas Corporation at Wheatland in
Yuba County. Collection consists of photographs Dyer took illustrating reclamation and agricultural practices in Sacramento-San
Joaquin Delta and Sacramento Valley before World War I.
