Includes photocopies of documents released in response to Freedom of Information Act requests.

Dr. Robert S. Norris is a senior research associate with Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) in Washington, D.C. His principal areas of expertise include all aspects of the nuclear weapons programs of the United States, Soviet Union/Russia, Britain, France, China, India, Pakistan, Israel and North Korea.
