Scope and Content of Collection

Correspondence, photographs, essays, reports, memoranda, diaries, newspaper clippings, and other documents related to the Henry Ford Peace Expedition, 1915, as well as the Neutral Conference for Continuous Mediation and International Committee for Immediate Mediation, 1916, and various other peace organizations around the world and in the United States. The Henry Ford Peace Expedition was aimed to promote peace in Europe during World War I, and to broker an agreement between the belligerent countries to put an end to the fighting.
